Your rights

Right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten")

Data we process

Account data (name, email, phone, country), incident data you submit, evidence files you upload, and AI conversation logs used to help triage your case.

Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is active. Evidence is retained for 7 years to support legal proceedings, then deleted. You can delete your data at any time from your profile.
